首先需要登录到https://portal.dedipath.com/clientarea.php
然后点击services，如下图
选择你需要关闭续费的项目，然后就如下图了
如果不认识的话，可以使用QQ聊天软件自带的翻译
如图所示，Request Cancellation 翻译为请求取消，点击Request Cancellation 后进入下图
翻译如下：
Briefly Describe your reason for Cancellation 简述您取消的原因。
Cancellation Type lmmediate 取消类型中间
